There is a setting in the menus under Settings/Lighting I believe.

I'll have to check when I get home again. I know there was like 3 delay choices on my Lariat, it controls the marker lights and puddle lights too if I recall after I close the driver door.

Found something on internet, you have use the headlight switch and key and turn off and on. Now they turn off when key removed, I can live with that.

My headlights stay on a much shorter time than on my Taurus. I don't know if we can adjust the time on the ranger.

I just happened to be wondering about that too. My truck is almost 3 years old and I just found out it does have the delay feature and how to set it! Called "autolamp delay".
