Harsh shifting during quick deceleration?

Anyone else ever have this happen? Noticed it once or twice now where coming to a rapid stop the trans downshifts really rough from what feels like third to second and second to first.

It's noticeable but I wouldn't call it harsh...unless you're tranny is really off...every once in a blue moon, my trans does shift a bit harsher than normal but it's like a manual trans...every now and then, I get the shift wrong and I hate my self

in the lower gears its sometimes real noticeable.
