Happy Canada Day!

I was once a very proud Canadian, but then I grew up. Now I see a collapsing society on the verge on socialism

My forefathers fought in wars to protect our freedoms against, what the average Canadian is running toward with open arms.

1984 is our future.

Jay, it's so sad to hear this is happening in Canada also. The U.S.A is right there with Canada with this craziness. I have more years behind me than in front of me, and I thank the Lord that I probably won't live to see the United States turn to socialism.

But anyway,

"Happy Canada Day "to my friends across our northern border.

We are Countries of dysfunction. May we be tolerant of each other. Good surpasses Bad. Its just that we are bombarded by bad behavior in the news. May we all get along. Happy Canada Day.

We don't get inundated with Canadian news down here like I'm sure you guys do with ours.

This re-ignited residential schools issue is sad. But it's history. Everybody makes mistakes. It doesn't negate the good things done.

Historically all colonizers have horribly mistreated the indigenous cultures. You're not alone in that shame.

Live, learn, and try not to repeat your mistakes. That's all any of can do. Countries included.

One can still be proud of the good things while acknowledging the bad.

Happy Canada Day folks!
