FX4 Badging

I’m on the fence trying to decide if I should keep them or just remove them.
I removed them from my 2005 F150 and was happy but I’m having a hard time with this one.
I’m kinda afraid I will lose the HP gains from my tailgate damper upgrade…

I personally like them, adds a bit of contrast while still being 100% oem. Fx4 is iconic like the trd badging. -imo

The FX4 does not attract too much attention. I would remove the Tremor and when it comes out Raptor stickers.

My F150 had a red, yellow and black badge on silver. Couple that with gray ghost flames on front they had to come off.

The black badge and black appearance package seems to work. It’s just that decals on paint bugs me.

1 of the first things I did when I received mine. Less reading is more, more emphasis on the body and shape instead of the wording.

I don't allow those on any of my vehicles, told the salesman when the dealer starts paying me a advertisement commission they could stay on, otherwise get that shit off of my truck.

I removed the Tremor badging. Found it cheesy and the number of people who referenced the Kevin Bacon movie was starting to get on my nerves (though that movie is pretty great). I would likely keep the FX4 though something nice about less stickers.

I usually debadge and desticker my cars. The Ranger helped me make my decision this time though.

FX-4 sticker started to peel at my first car wash, self serve wand bay type. Took 'em both off that day.

I'm not a fan of stickers, decals or branding on most vehicles. I peeled the FX4 sticker first thing. Tremor, or Raptor would be peeled as well.

I’m just worried let’s say a year from now I decide to remove them, will the paint around them might fade?? Now I would have a paint “scar”?? It happens with bug deflectors…

years ago i had dealer remove their badging before i would take delivery for that same reason.
