Installing this too. I’m not going to wait 10000 miles to change my oil. Going to do it often and this is gonna make that task easier. Made in Japan. No Chineseum on this truck. I’ll post pics of it installed.

Just did 1st oil change yesterday with this valve. Needed ADP107 Fumoto extension to clear pan (and it was real close) so I hope this helps.
You might want to use 2 gasket rings. Good luck.

Yeah, you won't post pics of it installed unless you have the adp107 I know this because I was once as excited as you are to get it installed at around the 4800mile mark. Now I'm at 7100 and both the fumoto and the adapter are sitting on the counter at my house getting me "the look" from my wife.

FUMOTO installed. Oil filter easy to get access. I am going to get a 6” piece of hose and just attach it to it and leave it tucked up there.

Just curious - did you do the recommended torque 20 Lbs. foot on the adapter? and the Fumoto recommended additional 1/8 to 1/4 turn on the Fumoto valve when seated on the adapter?

“Your oil pan has a recessed oil drain port and need an adapter ADP-107 to install your valve. F107SX can be installed without the adapter. However, if 107SX can only be pointed down close to the ground, use ADP-107SX to adjust its orientation.“

From what I can tell, the SX is not compatible with the extension. I've read it on their site, or on Amazon, cannot remember exactly where.

After installing the extension, there wasn't enough clearance to thread the F107N on.
I'd like to have a 45 or 90 adapter.

I just put this on my vehicle yesterday but I used and recommend an extension. I also wrapped the threads with 5 wraps of teflon tape, just for insurance.

I was able to but I drive a 2-wheel drive.

Just installed mine on Sunday. It went very smoothly. 4100 miles since Dec 2nd.

Thinking if I add one solid washer to both the extension and the valve, that should give me enough clearance to tighten the valve. Gotta wait til next oil change.
