All the pumps I have used have worked properly.

The filler neck does appear to be very loose, moving around a lot when inserting the gas nozzle but no issues with it shutting off or having to hold it.

I agree the filler neck wiggles around enough that it got my attention right away. Does not seem to be an issue however in terms of shutting pump off. I do worry a bit however about how "robust" the design is as the years tick by. The end seems to be just free floating so there is a leveraging effect when fueling up.

Mine is very loose also. Wiggles around a lot but I have not had an issue with filling the tank. Has not shut off while filling hands free. I only have 980 miles on the truck so very limited fill ups thus far.

I live in CA and it feels loose enough that I don't feel comfortable leaving it alone.

Yep I have the same issue, I go to only one gas station and there is one pump that creates this the other pumps not so much.

I've had this issue with every fill up I've ever done. 5k miles worth now. It's been very aggravating and I'm ready for a fix. Guess I'll take it in. The neck will pop the nozzle out every time and stop the pump.
