FRONT PASSENGER CARPET

I just received a set of Lloyds mats form my 2020 Lariat. The front passenger mat has two grommet holes, but there is not grommets on the factory carpet. Is this correct?

Hi Jerry,

My 2019 has grommet attachments on the passenger side. It would appear that the 2020 Ranger had the passenger side deleted. Wonder if it was at Job #1 or as a running change.

My June built 2020 Lariat SCab has them only on driver side.

My Husky X-Act Contour floor mats have attachment points on both driver and passenger sides.

Appears they went AWOL along with #5&6 bed tie downs.

Surely Ford must have added something to offset deletions ?

Hi RR,

Sad, but passenger side mats do not get tangled up in the accelrerator or brake pedal like the drivers side... Darn material cost reduction.. Wish they would leave things like this alone, but their paychecks depend on meeting objectives for cost reductions. I hat the Bean Counters that force these things on the customer.
