Based on the % numbers in the 3rd column, they are stating equal parts (quarts to quarts).

Granted I have been plenty of places that get colder than Missouri but I can do without temps below 20 degrees.

Mix it as strong as possible.

Now we know why there was no fluid in all our trucks:new. Ford dealers deleted it and sold the concentrate to the surplus stores for cheap.

Was supersized to see this on the shelf, never even thought that ford made there own washer fluid.

I guess they could adjust the mix by region and save a little bit of money. How many dealerships across the nation? And after reading the label seem like state law may come into play
