This may be a stupid question but I have no FORScan experience whatsoever... is there a specific adapter I need to buy or are they all basically the same? I see lots of options on Amazon.ca.

I was looking at this one: https://www.amazon.ca/VINT-TT55502-...sr_1_5?keywords=forscan&qid=1571621858&sr=8-5

AFAIK, they are all pretty much the same. You just have to decide on Bluetooth/cable, Android/Windows etc.

Edit: great minds think alike! You post the exact one in posting about. Too funny...

That’s good to hear. I didn’t want to get the cheapest one and this one seemed to get the highest reviews.
I really wish it was possible to use my iPad Pro with it but it doesn’t look like that’s possible, my house is all Mac. I guess I’ll have to steal my wife’s work laptop and use it!

The adapter I bought required a driver update. The Forscan forum can direct you to needed drivers.
