Uninstall and reinstall.Just re-asking question above
You can edit the shortcut by adding an action at the end (plus button at bottom). I added Script>>>Wait>>>5 seconds, then APPS>>>Shortcuts>>>Run Shortcut>>select the Is my Car Unlocked shortcut. May have to mess with the wait time to see how your connectivity is.Is it possible to have a shortcut run after one is completed?
Example: after running "Lock My Car" have that shortcut run "Is My Car Locked?"
or "Start My Car" then run "Is My Car Running?"
Which shortcut should I edit? where Exactly do I put that? Sorry I know nothing about this stuff and when it worked the first time I was excited enough to want it bad. Lol I did uninstall restart and install again a few times with no luck. thanks for the help. You can edit the shortcut by adding an action at the end (plus button at bottom). If you run "Get FordPass Token", "FordPass Settings", or "Get Vehicle Status" on their own, do you get an error?Just re-asking question above
Long time no see Tony...Good to see you back on here.Depending on how fast the path runs from your phone to Ford servers to vehicle and back to phone you might need to set a "Wait" in the scripts (if I didn't already include that before) before checking if a sent state has been processed. For instance I had to up mine to 10 second wait after starting and before checking if it was started to give it time to process.
Sorry, I've been MIA for a bit; glad you got it functioning.I deleted my truck from FordPass and reconnected it and bingo it works. Thanks for all suggestions and help. If I have any problems I’ll let you know. I need to add the other commands now. THANKS AGAIN!
Thank you Sir. I was all caught up on my mods and now it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood so I'm spray painting my aFe.Long time no see Tony...Good to see you back on here.
In case you didn't already create one, here is a tire pressure shortcut for iPhone/iPad. You do need to have the "Get Vehicle Status" shortcut already for this one to work.Is there a shortcut for tire pressure tailgate open etc
This does work in CanadaSome geniuses over on reddit have figured out how to get Siri Shortcuts working with the FordPass app so you can tell Siri to start your truck, stop it, unlock it, lock it, check the fuel, oil etc. Ive installed the shortcuts and tested them all out on my device and they are working perfectly.
If any of you don't know what this does or means, it means you can control your truck by voice and don't need to open the FordPass app to to do any of the above mentioned commands. Something I've been waiting a loooooooong time for that Ford will likely never bring us.
On your phone, you need to go to settings>shortcuts> toggle "allow untrusted shortcuts" on.
Also, I had to change the wording from "Car" to "Truck" on each shortcut because Siri wouldn't run the command using "car"
