Looks at the price of the walnut sprayer thing from harbor freight. Looks at the two GDI engines in the driveway. Carries the 2....

I think I am gonna skip the can and just walnut blast the thing at 100k - assuming I keep it that long.

The catch can probably looks neat and also probably helps maintain MPG/power over the long term vs just cleaning it from time to time. Seems more preventative vs reactive. I'd be willing to bet the intake valves still need cleaning even with a catch can after a bit. Might be wrong.

The only valve pic I have seen at 50k was without a can on the 2.3 eco and looked WAY better than I expected. That is a bit of a shit sample size... but it is something.

i wish they locked onto the bracket better, i took a hard jump and one of the fittings popped off.
Temp solution is just using zip ties to hold it secured to the bracket and just cutting them off when i need to drain it.
Otherwise no issues and it fits perfectly, looks oem too.

I installed the 2019 kit on my personal Ranger, no issues. My work just bought 2 '23 Rangers so I ordered the M-6766-b23 kits for them. I went to install them and the lower hose is wrong. It's too short and the bends are wrong as well. Anyone go through this with theirs?

Yup, I installed on my 21 Ranger(B23) and yes that lower hose barely fits as you have to flex it to make it fit and its not easy.

Folks....I have been running this catch can since 20K and I am at 104K now......it operates flawlessly, lines are still in great shape. Easy to unscrew and empty or you can install a petcock to drain if you want. All for the excellent price of around $200 + 5% off. Just because Ford makes one...that doesn't mean squat!

At this point in my world.....Ford Sucks! They are nothing but greedy buggers!!!

Yes. It's a pain to remove and install the bottom fitting. I would definitely disconnect the battery since your hand will be near the fan during install.
The fan is not electric. Just the fan clutch.
