Ford Pass points problem

A few days ago I checked my FordPass points account balance and was surprised to see it was $0.00. It had an entry dated 5/5/20 that said “..............

Points Adjustment - Vehicle Sale Canceled
-6,787“.

Well the truck is still in my driveway and I just got my monthly bill. I went on FordPass chat and was told that it was a systems mistake and is being worked on. It’s only 6700 points but it’s been almost a month now. Anyone else have this problem?

I noticed the same thing last week. I had 42,000 points for purchasing a new Ranger last year. Last week I checked my FordPass points and found my total to be 0 points. I checked my points history and it said, “Points Adjustment - Vehicle Sale Canceled -42,000 points.”

I immediately called Ford and a representative told me it’s a known issue. I was told it was to be resolved by last Friday and points would be re-added to affected accounts. I checked today and no change. I would recommend calling Ford and opening a ticket. They opened a ticket for me last week.
