I've had my 2019 Ranger Lariat almost 5 years now. Had is the word.
The Plant City, FL (Tampa Bay area) has had 2 hurricanes in Sept/Oct. We were still in Franklin, NC for both. We didn't have any damage as we are well west of the terrible results East of us. We only lost cell and internet services for 4 days.
However, our grandson Anthony was on his way to work early morning after Helene. A tree came down on the road right in front of him. As a result, his F-150 was totaled, thank the Lord he was not hurt. But he still need wheels to get to Publix and collage at USF.
That's where Grandpa comes to the rescue. With an agreement with our son, Anthony would become the owner of my Ranger. As we were still in the mountains, our son would begin the search for our replacement vehicle.
He found us a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited with only 10,000 miles on it. Super, super clean. No scratches & no marring of anything inside. It was at our local Ford dealer in Plant City. Because we were still in the mountains but days away from returning to FL, my son tested it out. I talked the sales person, got him to hold it with some money down and we arrived home on Saturday of that same week.
Needless to say, we bought it and it's now in our driveway. ?
I would attach photos, but this Chromebook will not cooperate .
