I'm currently in a different state, and E10 Fuel is $0.50 cheaper than 100% unleaded. Google says the 2019 Ranger is fine with it, but I wanted to ask all of you if there are any drawbacks other than slightly reduced mpg?

It would most likely be 2 to 3 tanks total while here. So not a long term thing. E10 isn't available in SoCal that I know of.
they outlawed lead in gas in the 70s so everything, everywhere is 100% unleaded, they said it was lowering IQ of society LOL well it worked! the kids now days are so stupid ....

Take it up with Loves. That is how it was posted on their dispenser.

Interesting fun fact, Unleaded wasn't actually banned until 1996. I believe it was cars were no longer allowed to require it in 1975. With that said, I would have guessed that it was banned in the early 70's as well. I was young (5 ish), but I remember it. Also interesting is that aircraft are still allowed to use Leaded fuel.

I don't think our fuel systems will run well on E85. Too bad since it's super cheap 104 octane.
You have to burn to compensate for the lower yield ( I forgot the tech that explained it). I know people that make big power on E85 but had to get larger fuel injectors an sometimes higher volume pumps.

I occasionally add 4 gal of E85 to 89 octane, it works out to 92 octane for the total price of a tank of plus. I don't have a tune so no need for me to add it to premium to make 94/95 octane.

I wont run Loves gas, we have one near my house, out of all the testing I did last year Tank after tank mileage wise, over many full tanks to empty over the year....
Mobile 93 in MD did the best at 24 mpg
sunoco 93 in PA came in next at 22 mpg
Mirabito N.Y 91 "Non-Eth" at 21 mpg
Speedway 91 N.Y 91 at 20 mpg
Loves and Exxon 91 N.Y suck at 17 mpg, I dont ever drop that low even when towing! my normal gas Is the mirabito 91 Non-Eth
averaging over 2300 miles it was 20.2

I used Loves for at least half my trip from CA to OK. Over the entire trip I averaged 24.9 MPG.

quality of gas in the area and a few other factors make those little differences
like temp, altitude and moisture in the air and is it summer or winter mix, up north we get different gas mix for season that drops me in the winter by 1 mpg, thats what those numbers are summer mix at loves I get 18.7 still not great
