I'm in Albany, and I don't think I count as a Tri-state, and I consider myself to be a New Englander at heart! My family is from Mass/RI, and I'm closer to you guys than the city!

Depends, do the Ford dealers still say Upstate NY and New England? Just kidding, I’m originally from Plattsburgh/Peru and consider that more New England than NY

Hold your horses! I don’t think you can just declare yourselves part of New England. We want concessions! Lake George would be a good start, and front-of-the-line privileges at Niagara Falls would be an excellent show of good faith. And do something with all those Birkenstock-shod socialists up north on your way in.

Lake Champlain is half in New England already, if your county borders Lake Champlain you get first choice.

Can't give you The Queen of The Lakes. Niagara Falls though is up for negotiation.

Also trust me, if I could do anything about the socialists I would! Luckily, mostly everywhere outside of Albany is pretty conservative.

I grew up in Peru, went to school in Plattsburgh. I was just in Peru the other day for a funeral. I made sure to get a sub on my way by.
