My experiences have been pretty good with Asia shipping...takes forever but consistently reliable...

my issue has been mysterious charges on card after ordering. Will not place order for anything sourced in SE Asia or China.

guess I am going grommet route unless someone tries the F150 cover

That's why I looked this part up in Ebay so Paypal can protect from those types of issue...

I had some 30mm id x 32mm groove diameter x 44.5mm od grommets & they work well. Just trim off the one side & push in. The ignition is just under 30mm so there is still a little wiggle but it's much better now & blends in well with the other rubber tipped items. Big thanks to retire003 for the idea!

Yours looks really good. Thanks for posting the measurements. It will help me if/when I need to replace mine.

Can anyone find the part number for the f150 ring? I'm having trouble finding it on Ford parts.

Hey guys,

I had some o-rings assortment from Harbor Freight.

Got some soap, slipped on a couple over the ignition. Got rid of a significant amount of the wiggle and looks clean. You can easily remove it with a hooked pick if desired.

total cost: .10?
time: 2 mins

Lol, yeah....it bugs me but looks much better than an unfinished hole
Agree but also the main reason I went this route was to eliminate the wiggle. Feels much more secure when inserting the key.
