Cheap Front Seat and Back Seat Covers

I really need waterproof seat covers on my new 2019 Ranger, so I was excited to see that Ford was offering some directly through them. However I'm less excited about the price, $259 for the front seats and $389 for the rear bench.

Thankfully since the Ranger is a global platform, international parts and accessories should be compatible with the US Ranger. I found a British company that makes a cheap set of front/back seat covers, called Turtle Covers.

I already ordered the back seat covers for £54.62 or $71.49 (as of 12/23/2018). As soon as I get them, I'll test them on my own Ranger.

Ha! I was hoping the reason would be more interesting. My kids keep my vehicle more than dirty enough to justify anything that I can just wipe down.

They might be something I'd be interested in. I don't want the seats ruined from fish slime after several days fishing trips. I had thought of using oversized bath towels but this product just might be a better solution. Please keep us updated on how well they fit.

Is Wet Okole an option? They're not cheap but dammit are they the best-fitting/best-looking seat covers I've ever had. I've used a lot of universal seat covers in other trucks and have never been happy with the sloppy fit and sliding around.

I put Subrau WRX seats in my Land Cruiser and put Wet Okoles on them. Damn near looks OEM.

I plan to use the ones I bought for my Mustang. I don't like to use seat covers 100% of the time. They are thick and waterproof. Combining them with Weatherteck floor liners really protects the vehicle.

Finally got a chance to try out the rear seat cover I ordered. There was no instructions but I eventually figured it out.

Fit is not quite snug, but the material is strong, thick and supposedly water resistant (have not confirmed yet).

Not pictured is the head rest covers and fold down armrest cover.

Let us know what you think about them once you get some use out of them. That's a good price. I'll need something for the dog, to protect the leather back seat, since I'm giving up the massive floor area that I have in my F250.

$71.49 was inclusive of tax, shipping, customs duties, etc at my time of purchase. They are a UK company and have responsive customer service.

I agree but quality is way better than a cheap Chinese made one for the same money. Also it’s pretty hard to find a Ranger specific seat cover in the US, you’re stuck with what’s available overseas.

Wow, that's a great price for what they are. So I'm looking for something that I can throw on whenever needed to take the dog along, then pull off when not needed. After putting the cover on on & taking off a couple of times, would you say you could throw it on in 5 minutes or so before a trip?
