I have no idea what it's going to cost but you'd better factor in spending twice as much on her to make her happy. ?

If this plays in the background when you ask I think you got your answer

Don't do it. Factory paint is the bomb. I don't hate the color, but there is no way I'd paint a new truck that didn't need it.

They're giving big money for late-model trade-ins. Just get a new one.

Depending on location, & other factors, expect to pay $5000 and up (sometimes WAY up) on a Quality overall paint job these days.

Become color blind. Don't repaint a vehicle because you don't like the color. IF you wreck it, then you can change it. IMO

Unfortunately it’s probably true: the 2 yr old paint you have right now will still look better in 8 years than if you painted it today.

So now you wanna sweat the dollars? You just asked how much to paint your entire truck that doesn't need painted because you like a different color.

Just be happy you can tell what colour it is now. Me, I bounce around from thinking my truck is Shadow White to Cactus Green, to Saber Black, to Oxford Blue on a regular basis.

Being colour disabled isn’t as bad as it sounds - every day is different and trying to interpret traffic lights at busy intersections can be a real blast. It’s kinda lame while you’re stopped in traffic but coming up on an intersection at 60 mph and trying to figure out what colour the lights are and if you need to stop or not is a real adrenaline rush. So much fun!

btw - your rig looks awesome in Chili Pepper Blue - leave it as it is.

Personally I think the color is okay at best. I think unpainted primer when I see it but to each their own. I wouldn't change the color even if it was free not to mention 5k+. If you do it, do it right. Door jambs, underside of hood etc. Bottom line is it's your vehicle, your wallet and your taste. Do what makes the most sense to you.
