I've done a lot of reading on this group since I ordered my truck, and, like many of you, I had a running to do list before I actually had the truck. So, lets get this started...
Purchased my 2020 Ranger Lariat in August 2020. Shadow Black, Black Appearance Package, 501A, FX4, Tow.

Loving the truck so far.

I removed the dealer's badge as soon as the truck rolled into the driveway...sorry, no free advertising.

Current upgrades and additions:

• Stubby Jr Antenna.
• BAKFlip MX4... installed Labor Day 2020 (PIA even after reading many R5G posts).
• Driver side SwingBox to store tie downs, tools, hitch, etc.
• WeatherTech floor liners.
• Installed an Autostop Eliminator yesterday (and rolled back the associated FORScan hacks).
• Replaced stock FX4 decals with matte black FX4 decals.
• OEM Splash Guards/Mud Flaps.
• AVS Aeroskin II.

FORScan changes I've made so far:

• Panic Alarm Double Tap
• Bambi Mode
• Disabled IPC Welcome Screen

Other Planned Changes:

• Livernois Tuner in hand, though I plan to break in the truck for ~2000 miles first (maybe less).
• Blackout of front and rear Ford emblems is in progress.
• Strongly leaning towards a 2.5" level.
• Tire upgrade...need to wear the tread off the stock tires first.

• CIA, research is on going.

If I get the off roading bug:

• 589Fab or Shrockworks winch mount.
• Winch, research is on going.

Replaced the stock FX4 decals with matte black yesterday. I took my time and it went mostly well....a few small bubbles on the driver side, which I'll be fixing (replacing) when my OCD catches up. These are F150 decals, so slightly longer than the stock ranger decals.

I also hung my axe on the back of my drive side swing box.
