Been scouring the internet about oil changes and how to maintain the engine from the long term effects of the direct fuel injection system. Seems the carbon build up is the main issue. Seems amsoil is the choice by most but would love some feedback from those who have used this stuff and familiar with its usage.
They are also doing a 25% off right now when you sign up for a 6 month membership. Saved 100$ on my order today.

Any feedback appreciated

I like Amsoil and used it in the past and still would but I don't do my own changes anymore.

I run it in my Turbo Rubicon. I’m planning it in my Ranger too.

I am planning to dump the existing oil at 1,000 miles, i'm just below 700 right now. I usually spend over $100 on Amsoil at a time to get the free shipping otherwise it doesn't seem worth it.

On another note, I really like their 2-stroke oil and small engine 4 stroke oil. I feel like my small engines have never run as good as when i use Amsoil products compared to Home Depot cheapo oils.

EDIT: for clarity

Use it in everything we have had for 15-20 years now. I like the MP a lot and the PI too. FWIW, I use the signature series and their filters assuming they make one for the car.

Good to hear. Ordered their stuff and waiting for 1000 miles to switch it all out

Ended up dropping the oil at 1,125 miles, put in Amsoil OE 5W-30 and Motocraft filter. Wanted to get the signature series oil, but i plan to just do 5k OCI so i figured OE would be just fine and the price is right.

Did the oil change and could feel a slight difference in performance off the start. Engine seemed a tad smoother and acceleration cleaner. Impressed.
