I am curious if you have any pictures of the mounting of the side steps/rock sliders. In the video it says they are frame mounted and rock sliders but in the description to purchase on Stage 3's website it states " While they provide a nice barrier against stone chips, the steps are not considered a rock slider for the most aggressive of rock crawling. "
Any insight would be appreciated!

I dont have any physical pictures at the moment, although I will see what I can come up with. The exact quote from ARB is:

"While they offer an excellent barrier against rock ledges, they are not considered a true rock slider that might be required for aggressive rock crawling."

They are indeed frame mounted but im guessing because of how where they attach its there way of saving themselves hassle and complaints as if you dropped off a rock onto them they would likely push into the body so im guess that's their way of protecting them selves for being blamed for damage.

@Stage3Motorsports - Is there anyone I can talk to about the sliders? I really like these, but worry about the disclaimer, and I would like to chat with someone who is familiar with them. I don't 'rock crawl' but I might fall on a rock, which is the whole reason for the sliders. I want to make sure that they would actually provide protection. The ARB description (which you have on your site too) is quite contradictory. Basically, it says 'these are crazy stout and offer the best protection' but also 'they aren't really good for coming down on things'...
