App to track maintenance?

What is everyone using to track maintenance on their trucks? I tried using the FordPass app, but it doesn't seem to actually save entries you add yourself.

The Fuelly app has a service record option (as well as allowing you to track fill-ups and mpg).

Fuelly does - you can use the phone camera take a photo of the receipt.

I've been using one for iOS called VMT - Vehicle Maintenance Tracker. Multi-vehicles, upload photos, etc.

My only fear using the Ford Pass app is there are so many who have problems with it. I never have but I would hate to have all my records stored in there and not be able to access them or worse yer lose them. IIRC you can access it through the website but if you're looking to use something app based I've never had any problems accessing the Fuelly app in all the years I've used it. I never knew about the VMT app that John mentioned but it's worth looking into that one too.

I was looking into the Uconnect for when I get my Jeep and boy that one is terrible! All 1 star reviews where the app is either crashing or you cant access it. I personally would trust a third party app as I think they're more geared towards resolving issues and keeping their app running smoothly where the car companies just put these out there almost as a courtesy for their customers.

Its set up to be used out of Google drive, but you can download and use excel, but for some reason the graph goes away. I never found a use for that anyway!

I use the Ford pass to record maint. I have a hard copy on paper as a backup.

Gonna give Fuelly a try. The FordPass app is too unreliable. Went through their support and got the “uninstall and reinstall” fix which sort of worked one time and then back to not working.

Installed the VMT app and input the history from FordPass.

Emailed the history log to myself and imported the csv file into a spreadsheet.

Nice.

I'm going to be keeping this app.
