Yes, I have one, got it Sept. 2020. Paid $139.
I haven't had any quality issues with the cover itself.
it's been installed since i got it. It's been on multiple 2000+ mile round trips from AZ to NM and TX through rain and dust storms. only a little water entered the bed through the front corners where the bulkhead seal goes. I have a few laundry baskets tied to a rope for easy retrieval and keep it off the floor in case water does enter the bed.
I didn't install the tailgate seal that was included as it seemed to be too short to fit. but haven't had an issue with that.

I do wish that it was about an inch longer. if you install it lined up with the bulkhead, it just barely missed the tailgate.

Overall, I am very pleased with it.

I'm ordering this bulkhead rail to get rid of the foam seal. https://www.amazon.com/Lyon-cover-2019-2021-Bulkhead-Accessory/dp/B099HW6MFQ

I have a spray-in bed liner. would this just sit on top of that, or do I have to scrape off the liner?

for the bulkhead rail? I don't have it yet, I too have a spray-in bed liner. I am planning on using some good 3m or gorilla double-sided outdoor tape and try to screw it into the bed. there are a few holes that some other bulkhead rails used to secure it.
