Take the survey and let us know what sorts of things "engineers want to know." The questions could tell us a little bit about what sorts of things Ford is considering changing.

It took me an hour plus to complete the survey. They want to know what you like, what issues or problems you're having or had. Good thing is they actually provide space for you to leave comments/opinions.....I left plenty of opinions and options they should have had available....

I got the JD Power letter in the mail for a survey to win $100k. Took almost an hour to complete since it's very detailed but it's how cars get awards. I won't win though

I received that one as well. Would love the engineer's version. although I don't know what I would change.. The heating and air buttons are kinda slapped on there awkwardly I don't care for that whole stack of buttons....

My Ranger does this as well, but only when I have the AC mixed with a little warmer air. When I have it all the way on cool it doesn't emit an odor. 2019 XL STX. Just figured it needs some breaking in. I live in a climate that has been pretty consistently about 80F since I got my truck, so really haven't used the heat on full.
