By chance has anyone seen an Aluminum Radiator available for the ranger yet? I figure with tuning and plenty of extra power a better cooling system would help tremendously.

Nothing yet, but in the days of mass production, Ford undoubtedly used the same radiator in other applications. The trick is to find out what else they put it in and see if those cars/trucks have one available. You also want to take into account that the stock radiator is likely more than adequate even with the high output tunes out there. They designed this thing to tow up to 7K pounds and that puts huge strain on the engine and produces a lot of extra heat. That's probably why Ford went with an engine driven clutch fan instead of electric fans. They rob a lot of power but they certainly move a crap ton of air keeping the engine cool.

Hopefully @Mishimoto has one planned. I have their 2011-2014 F150 Radiator in my truck, and it's glorious.

Granted, the Rangers don't seem to have as many overheating issues like the F150s (especially the older EcoBoosts) as of yet, so the necessity may not be there quite yet.

Sorry for the super late response, but...we might have one in the pipeline ;)

I don't know, but down under the DIY Writeup Thread, last post is something about diy-installing-mishimotos-radiator-intercooler-intercooler-lines-and-silicon-radiator-hoses by some nut job!;)

I think he means an ALL aluminum radiator with tig welded rather than plastic tanks.
