The choice is yours. A twin turbo V6 oughta be fun!Damn these builds make me wanna build out this ranger but the hopes for the next gen ranger with the bigger v6s might make me wait ?
wish my ranger had my f150 3.5l ecoboostThe choice is yours. A twin turbo V6 oughta be fun!
I love the 2.3 Ecoboost in the ranger it's so fun. I bought my truck as just you know a truck to be a truck but man it is exhilarating every time I go down the street or go for a long drive. Every time.wish my ranger had my f150 3.5l ecoboost
Have you driven the 3.5l? It's night and day more power and mine was also tuned those engines are the real ecoboosts. The ranger is fun but definitely was a little disappointed in the engine after coming from that. The 3.5l in my f150 even had pretty much similar mpg, and less weird clicking noises ?I love the 2.3 Ecoboost in the ranger it's so fun. No I haven't but f150s are heavier so putting it in a ranger should be even faster lol. The 3.5 Ecoboosts are what they use in the desert too.Have you driven the 3.5l? ya honestly the engine sold me away from my previous v8s, but the 4banger ecoboost in the ranger isnt quite as refined as that motor. The ranger still awesome for sure, but theres plenty of room for the bigger v6 ecoboost, maybe the future 6gen raptor. No I haven't but f150s are heavier so putting it in a ranger should be even faster lol. They come with a lifetime warranty as long as I meet the 3 criteria:
1) have a mechanic install them
2) torque to manufacturers specs
3) no loctite

This thing looks killer!!Couldn't wait till the weekend and slapped my suspension in and got it aligned.
Rear icon lead pack, king 2.5 shocks
Next is a custom bumper, wrap, and some led pods/lights. I was pretty sketched out going into this but once i started drilling the bedsides and cutting up the fiberglass there was no way out. Robby, and Danny gave me inspiration with their projects and both answered my questions and gave me tips on a lot of things. Thanks lads ??

Yeah. It kind of works as paint protection at the same time. I had 3 of my previous cars wrapped and love it. I dont know if im allowed to post pics of em here. This wrap is pretty unique it changes shades depending on the weather sunny, cloudy, rainy, or freezing. So you got the fiberglass painted and now you're gonna wrap the whole truck?
That's a nice color it looks like it is more dark bronze than grey from this angle.
