Probably not, but you won't get definitive answers here. We scrubs in the US don't have a diesel option on our Rangers.

Hi!
You didn’t mention how many kilometers/miles you have driven after filling AdBlue tank.
Based on my experience there is no need to worry, truck calculated level will start to fall.

That is normal.

I've filled it twice in 31000 miles (so 3 tanks, roughly 10k miles per tank). Ford app says 46% still left on the third tank.

And if you're in freezing temps it does not actually use it (since the adblue freezes).

of course I will😁
this urea injection is a really annoying issue with the ranger. the alarm starts ringing about 4000 km before the tank is empty. this is so that it is not forgotten because the eu regulations say that the car may no longer start without ad blue. this means that if you empty the tank and switch off the car, it will not start again until the error is cleared... especially annoying if you only drive short distances🙄.
the sensor takes quite a while to recognise the new fuel level and to reset the annoying beeping.
if waiting doesn't solve the problem, the sensors are probably faulty. you hear this a lot. especially with the 5-cylinder engines. i haven't had any problems with this yet, but the rangeur doesn't do 10K km a year for me either. so it's still almost new with 33K km in just over 4 years. and other than @KNI i filled 6 times minimum. thats because of the short distances and the colder weather here. I THOUGHT. but finland is much colder than germ, so it seems my 3.2l engine is just a better coal miner than the 4cyl raptor 🫣

I had adBlue issue while my truck had a little more than 10 K km on her and this one time was good warning for me. My trips are not short and still all this DPF regeneration is so annoying now than I think about it. Explanation to my US friends - while truck is doing DPF regenaration it's not good to park the truck but keep it driving. So if I got back from work or whatever were my plans sometimes I had to take extra km-s to complete regen. My Ranger did it every second or third day, sometimes once a day, but I really drive a lot. If I remember correct on 5G Ranger adBlue tank has to be changed on every 180 K km-s. If they don't start to leak before...
Petrol engine on 6G Raptor is a bless and I really don't miss diesel.
@Craigo20162 if you are a Forscan user, it's easy to track adBlue and DPF data from Forscan. You can see 3 last regen info and some more basic data, full page. Requires some knowledge to understand the numbers though.

You're right. 3.2l and 2.0l bi-turbo would have totally different AdBlue usage profiles so let's add the mandatory YMMV. :)

In Aus we only had AdBlue on the Everest wagon in either 2.0 or 3.2 dress. This is because the Everest was classed as a passenger car and had a higher Euro rating than the utilities which were regarded as commercial vehicles..
From what I've heard the Adblue system was a constant source of joy for Everest owners, the main problems being slow to respond to filling ( as per the previous posts) Adblue tank leaking, Adblue pump or injector failing, and Adblue tank heater failing (which is almost never needed in Aus anyway) All of which will make your Everest throw a hissy fit and stop until the problem is rectified. Next year Commercial vehicles will all have to go to Euro 6 so that means Adblue, DPF's etc, I hope they bring out a petrol model, I love my diesel, but I really don't want to put up with all that crap.
