589 Rear shock skid plates

Does anyone have the 589 rear shock skids? Im trying to install them and either they sent me the wrong hardware or I'm dumb. The stock bolts aren't long enough so they sent new bolts but the thread pattern/bolt size is different than the stock nuts. If anyone has these did it require a trip to ace hardware? That probably what I'll be doing.

Don't settle for half assed customer service. Get pictures, get them involved. The last thing you want to do is mess up your factory hardware and have 100$ worth of plate, and 100$ worth of shock suffer because someone can't be bothered to listen to you and send you the right fricken bolts/nuts.
