I was at the dealers this weekend for a service on my Ranger.
While I was there I strolled the parking lot. Some F150's, 1 Ranger and 3 Broncos. On the Broncos there was a fairly large markup on all three. This is what I saw on one.
The dealer is blacked out.
I can't see where the accessories would cost this much?

Did you see the price of gas lately? That alone justifies the added markup.

These ridiculous markups have been going on for over a year now. Dealers shouldn't even have these for sale before customer orders are fulfilled. Anyone who pays that much for one needs to have their head examined.

I just noticed the have Ford Pass Points under their VIP package. These are free direct from Ford with every vehicle you buy. What a slimy dealership that is.

It must be the adventure screwing you get when buying a Bronco from them. :curse:

"Delivery Specialist"... hmmm....

Human trafficking is also taking an economic hit nowadays, I guess.

[If a bit over-the-top, sorry]

it also doesnt have a high demand....10 views of that page in 7 days seems rather paltry. expect a price reduction soon LOL

So, he's selling it with an extended warranty and letting the buyer believe he's getting something free? And I bet it's not a genuine Ford Protect plan.
The one year tire/wheel protection is about $110.
That's kind of like the local Nissan dealer offering a 'Lifetime Power Train' warranty on their vehicles with the only stipulation that you take it there for the $80 - $100 oil change every 7,500 miles.

Retired, work is a four letter word.
Everything he listed as 'optional' is included in the Badlands Trim, so that is a Rip!

That's the type of dealer the Bronco forum mobs up on to drive their ratings into the toilet. I love that approach and love reading the emails dealerships post begging people to reverse their reviews lol.

There's nothing in the dealer add-ons to account for the price; it's that dealer trying to hide the market adjustment that Ford is warning them all about.

That dealer is worried about losing allocations from Ford but is also still wanting to take advantage of the fact that there's people out there with enough money that they don't care if they're getting a reasonable price or not - they just want the cool new toy.
