Never mind, I shouldn't post after consuming too much whiskey.
I'll go with the factory front fox shock 2" front lift and no blocks....
I was just looking to avoid paying for a headlight adjustment.
I'll do all the work myself and hopefully the extended warranty will be cool.
By the way I own a 2014 Raptor and love it, saving some premium with the Ranger.
Anyway sorry for thread. Take care

Everyone has their preferences for what they like. From what I can gather from your post “light off-road” is non paved country roads. 18” are fine but for more rugged use I would pick 17” as the rims are protected a little more. I got an XLT and did the FX4 front skid plate. Depending on my own use might beef that up more later. Fox 2.0 is a great choice. Levels the truck nicely. Not getting the reason for blocks though. You do get height at the risk of weakening leafs. If you want height and off-road performance OMU leafs are a better direction

Never mind..Obviously wrong site to join for input on Ranger modifications. Good bye
Is it because I asked, “Why the rear blocks?” or was there another posting that I missed?

:oops:WOW !!! I could understand if LoneRNGR had asked "Why the F#@* would you do something that F'ing stupid like rear F'ing blocks ?"......I guess politely asking a simple question as to why a person is going a certain route is now taboo ?‍♂
