I got a 2020 supercrew fx4 that just went into the shop. They gave me a 2021 xlt, the 21 rides much better and the engine seems much quieter. I put the engine cover on mine and the new one doesn't have it. So my question is what changed in from 2020- 2021? The loner has 5miles my truck has 8k.

Nothing major should have changed between the two. Maybe point it out to the service manager.

What is going on with yours?

Dealer scratched the doors and broke some interior pieces in installing the oem trailer brake controller.

Does your truck have 18" wheels and the loaner have 17" wheels? I have the Lariat with 18"'s and had a loaner with 17"'s and found the smaller wheel with more sidewall on the tire made for a much smoother ride especially in my wonderful NYC commute.

My truck 265/60-18, loaner 265/65-17. Both at 30psi cold.

Tires on your 2020 are probably LT265/65R17 and load range C. The 2021 probably has 265/65R17 with SL load rating.
