If they are 17's, you will have to adjust your front crash bars and you will have tire rub on the frame at full turn. This is from my personal experience with my 2" Ready leveling kit.

What do you recommend for a 18 inch rim or I have to run 270 or 265 instead

I really like the look with a 285 but to not have any issues I would go with a 265.
