In Feb, my 2019 RWD 500a Lariat was $32k out the door, in late April, my wife's 2019 FX4 501a Lariat was under $33k out the door.

That seems high for a 2019 at this point. What was the sticker on it? You should be about to get 8-10k off a 2019 at this point since it is almost 2 model years old.

Thats too high. I paid under 37,000 for a 2020 XLT Crew Sport with trailer tow and locking rear diff. 0% at 72 months as well. A 2019 should be quite a bit less at this point IMO.

I paid just shy of $32K plus taxes for my 2020 4x4 with 302A, tech package, and locking diff. I had to go to another state to get it, but the price was right.

I went to 4 dealerships to haggle. I had a trade which made if difficult. I learned that the dealers all said I can get 0% financing but not the incentives. Stated only certain stock numbers and showed me how the one I was looking at was not in that vin #. I ended up leaving the dealer and I returned about 2 weeks later and after several hours I was shown the invoice and paid slightly over the invoice. Good luck it is a time consuming process.

I paid just over $36k for a loaded Lariat 4x4 with the FX4 and tow package. I'm not sure how that pans out with what you have, but I thought Lariat and Fx4 were the higher cost ones. I think it was something like $36,250

Iconic silver is a 2020 color. Ingot silver was 2019. Are you looking at the right truck? Either way you are paying too much.

I see you're in NY, I'd start looking at some farther away dealerships. My FIL used to deliver cars all the way from Northern NH to Albany and even Rochester because the price was so much less in NH.

You hold all the cards right now... Ford wants your money... If the sticker was that close to 38k I would walk if they wont get it down to 30-32k range considering it is now essentially "old stock". Salesmen makes his money whether he sells it to you for MSRP or they work a deal... he might make less making you a deal but he makes 0$ if you leave in what you drove in on...
