That is cool. My work truck when I was stationed at Cape Canaveral AFS back in the late '80's was an '86 F250 4x4 4 door. I loved that truck.

Sweet truck! My son picked up this '80 Prospector last week. It has a 318, but he's dropping in a 12v Cummins and a NV4500 trans. Not a Ford, but a cool classic truck.

We still have a 59 Apache 3200 and a 46. These are not my pics, I just dont have any originals on the puter. My dad said the 46 was a perfect hot rod bc of the weight loss do to WW2. He clipped the front end to handle a vette engine. I loved that truck, the front window would roll out.

Man that truck is in cherry condition ,I used to have a 85 full size Bronco bought it used but was in great condition wish I still had it

This 1 ton Chevy is at WDW Hollywood Studios. Makes me think I'd like to see a mid-size styled along the lines of this era. When Dodge did a bit of a throwback re-style in '94 their sales went way up. And as I reminder I added a pic of a scale model of the first F series.

I really miss that time when it was flared out wheel wells and Diesel style hoods.

Funny story, The upper headliner in our 59 was made of cardboard. The washer fluid container was a masonry jar, the oil filter was a Folgers coffee can with a role of toilet paper in it ?
The ventilation just dumped on the ground.

True story, My grandfather use to pull houses down with it in "granny Low"
He also pulled a full size mobile home a few feet, the truck was standing up on the back wheels. I wish they had decent recording back then. My dad said they would load so much sand in the back, it would drag all the way home.
