IDK, it appears to be a good product, but having a high-end scope of my own, something is OFF with this at that price and NOT (1) negative review is suspicious as well.
But hey it is $19.99

This is the 5.6 ft. model for $19.99 - and the 5.5 ft. model is $160. This has got to be a pricing glitch.

SOLD!

Thanks for the heads up!!! Killer deal so long as it turns on! (Edit: and so long as it ships LOL.)

I figured it was worth a shot at $20.00. If I receive it I'll take some cylinder bore pics and post them.

The difference in the two.....the expensive one can be adjusted at the tip via the knob while the cheapie you can only stick the probe down and view...no adjustment other than the lighting.
But for $20 bucks I can now not only smell my tranny fluid, I can see it in it's natural habitat !!!!!

The "cheap one" is non-articulating... so put it down a spark plug hole and you can only see the piston top...

The pricey one is articulation... so you can curl it around and look at the cylinder walls and valves

Well, I can confirm as of the time of my last post above - it was showing another option for $19.99.
I can only assume that either this was a sell-off of an older unit or it was a price misprint
it appears from the reviews of the $19.99 unit (if they were indeed valid) they hit that price around Aug 1, 2024 (If I recall)

Heck my previous Scope (pawn shop) purchase with FAR LESS quality was about $45 if I recall but that was also about 15 years ago.

I say if LEGIT even though it may not have all the features (that limit use) it is STILL and EXCELLANT DEAL

A trick for use - if having a hard time viewing the (valves) - with that scope, get a piece of string and tie it to the end of the probe, once in the hole pull up on the string to flex the probe upwards
This is the trick I used on my old scope.

How well do these hold up to fluid contact? They are supposed to be waterproof, but trans fluid, oil, gas?
