How well do these hold up to fluid contact? They are supposed to be waterproof, but trans fluid, oil, gas?

It says IP67 which is pretty good as far as being waterproof.

Don't worry. The 20 buck ones probably are the ones with bad batteries that ignite and burn down the house while charging. Big discount = Chinese recall liquidation usually.

Yes, they will send you tool to measure your "bore" size... THATS where it gets embarrassing ?(read ALL the instructions, apparently, lots of people go in ill prepared)... I'm told, I mean... read it somewhere, most likely ... DIY Medical Monthly is usually by my throne so that's 100% where I read about it...

I bought a similar one 2 years ago to try to find the clog in a plumbing vent stack. Never did find it. I'm going to have a look in another plumbing pipe one I get around to it.

As for Amazon pricing, I've noticed the prices vary depending on sales, or your own previous purchases. I bought some rolling metal shelf units, and went to buy more, and the price went up from $90 to $110. I bought a couple more and then later was going to get a couple more, and the price went up to $130, so I just saved it for later. Now the price is back down below $100.
