New to the Ranger. Purchased slightly used with dealer-installed specialty mods. So far it's proven fun, comfortable, and capable.
In June 2020 we changed out the suspension system. Moved from a 3"/1" spacer lift with 285/60/18 Nittos on 18x9s to a Ford Performance Fox 2.0 2" leveling coil-over (kept the RC UCAs) with Black Rhino 17x9s (+12 offset) on 265/70/17 Falken Wildpeak A/T3s.
Next on the mod list:
-Oil catch can
-Rear Seat Delete. During exchange with Goose Gear they claimed to be planning on a Ranger seat delete option.
-Low profile rack or crossbars. The truck came with a BakFlip hard cover which is nice and I don't plan to toss it aside. Unfortunately, the low profile/recessed cover means fewer rack options due to the need for a modified mounting bracket. KB Voodoo has an option. Cross bars are the likely option, allowing ease of removal IOT use the full bed if needed.
-Exterior lighting. Ditch. FP likely.
-Shrockworks rock sliders to replace the OEM running boards.
