What a wild ride. Just read the whole thread. Thanks for everyone's input. I think my symptoms are slightly different than others? Outermost driver side vent blows ice cold when set to Lo. Passenger only blows ~ambient when set to low. Both blow full hot when temp set high. Both actuators...

No spacers. Crash bars still in. Only very slight rub on frame at full full lock. Only on passenger side which is strange. Lots of offroad driving, no issues.

Crash bars are still in there. Only minor rubbing on the sway bar at full lock. Will be travellingfrom BC to baja. Stoked to check out Oregon coast. If anyone has any suggestions for cool spots on the way let me know! Or any last minute mods for a long trip!

New to me 2020 off lease. Installed 2.5" level kit and tires. Was an off lease City of Vancouver truck. Swapped out the aluminum rack and orange light for a Bakflip MX4 hard tonneau. Heading south from Canada to Baja in 3 days!
