My bad assumption I guess, I have always seen the manufacturer install washer fluid. Is this a Ford standard procedure?

Well it is a balmy 20F here (for this time of year), and had the pleasure of hitting the washer fluid and watching it freeze instantly on a brand new truck. Wow ford, glad you saved a nickel! I hope no one gets in an accident.
