The aftermarket remote window down and up module is one of my favorites as is the auto mirror folding.
Also noticed if you tap your door handle three times the windows will open.
Unrelated but did you notice “Ranger” is printed on your windshield?
My vibs have always been around 2000-2500 rpm. Occasionally an off idle stall as if gasping for air, or injection issue.

I noticed something recently after all this rain.
Prior to floods in my area my truck ran great. I got a 93 performance tune from Unleashed and it really smoothed out the shifting.
I’ve been running high-test and topped off a half tank the other day after the first rains.
Now I’ve got my 2000...
I’ve got the same tune, greatly improved shifting and smoothness but also dropped my mpg by 1-2mpg.
I also noticed it sometimes stays in 9th gear on the interstate...? Not really comfortable with this. I’ve lately been shifting to sport mode and forcing it into 10th.
Still running stock tire size.
Unleashed Preformance Tune, greatly improved the smoothness but mileage dropped, was consistently getting 20-22mpg now mostly 19-20. 90% city driving. Stock truck with leveling Eibach suspension kit, ARe air filter and improved duct work.
