Most peak boost numbers seem to be around 21psi from what I have seen. Not sure about effective displacement/

Fuel pumps are typically cooled by the fuel. If the pump isnt submerged anymore the pump could get hot and lead to a premature failure.
Yep, if those marks are on the inside of the glass then that definitely needs to be addressed by the dealer. Seems like a sloppy install job to me.
