That's my current situation. Took delivery 23 days ago and only have 359 miles. Nowhere to go but I am lucky enough to get a look everytime in the garage or getting to go sit in it. I feel for those guys that have orders in that were scheduled to be built this month or next. The regular wait was...
I'm curious how they just spawn up production of that stuff all of a sudden as well. My day job has me involved in the back end stuff like that so if my company had a need like that i'd be involved in figuring out how to make that happen. Behind the scenes stuff like that fascinates me
This probably a massive RTFM moment, but I have not noticed mine turning off with a probably 50/50 chance of me remembering to turn it off. This time of year I generally have the heater low key on. Would having the heater or AC in summer keep it from turning off?
The LUND Terrain HX I linked do fit the 2020 as that is what I have. You may not like the amount of gap though. A rocker panel protector from Bushwacker may help that some. I believe @Forrest Pennington has these and the rockerpanel protection as well.
You mentioned the Lund terrain HX, here's what I got for my super crew:
LUND Terrain HX
Edit: The link may be for the 2019 but they are the same truck. Mine is the 2020 and it fits. The gap may be more than you're looking for though
You just love to get every morsel of info you can. Get build week, then VIN, then you stalk it through the order tracking site, then your window sticker, then your blend date arrives, then you stalk the site more waiting for shipment. Good stuff
