Do y'all have the sliding rear window? I didn't have a squeak on my old ranger, but I noticed a squeak when I take my new one on the dirt and I thought I had isolated it to the back sliding window, which I didn't have on my first ranger.
Looks like this thread died long ago, but I don't have enough buddies that wheel with me to go as often as I'd like so I thought I'd post here. I'm in Mesa and I've done sheep's bridge, four peaks, senator highway, and a number of forest service roads up north while camping. Just looking for...
I was running Nitto Recon Grapplers on my last ranger, was very happy with them for a combo of highway and off-road driving.
Edit: forgot to mention, I also am a snowboarder and the Recon Grapplers were adequate in the snow. Never had slippage in snow, but definitely some in really icy parking...
Not sure if anyone cares, but I was happy to learn that I did indeed but another members renger. Met up with @AZRangerDood the other day to buy some of the parts he took off it so I can put them back on. Excited to have a little insight into the truck and to know it has been well loved!
You made me look, but I didn't think it was anywhere but AZ for it's life and I thought it was traded in at the dealer I bought it from. Double checked the Carfax when I got home from work and never a mention of new Mexico. Looks like it was traded into the dealer I got it from on the day I got...
Thanks! Yeah, drove every other midsize around this time and just couldn't find one that I liked more overall., especially for the price if you want a locking diff.
Thanks! I'm just glad I found one that already had the fox suspension on it since that's what I had on my old truck. Saved me some time and effort. I'm hoping the gray is better in the summer than the black was!
Sadly, someone rear ended my 2020 Ranger STX 4x4 a couple weeks ago and managed to bend the frame and total it. Fortunately, I happened across this beauty of a 2020 XLT FX4 yesterday and made the purchase. I suspected it might have belonged to someone here, until I came across the DeeZee...
Fun fact I found out recently when this same thing happened to me; At least here in az you can call the department of weights and measures and report the gas station and pump. They'll go out and check it and fine the gas station if the pump is found to be too far off. I suppose I could have gone...
Oh that ship sailed a couple years ago, the first time I took my ranger camping. I often get asked who keyed me lol. Added a few more scratches out in the desert yesterday though. 100% worth it
