Yeah, I think yours is definitely taking you for a ride. My dealer didnt charge anything for troubleshooting and changing the plugs, even though that didn't fix the problem. I'm sure they would have done the EGR sensor too if I had taken it back, but I didn't have the time to let the truck sit...
Doing some further reading on the fluid check procedure, it seems like the service manual indicates the fluid would at least be on the dipstick when cold. If that's the case, then I'm definitely low. I had planned to top it off myself, but now I'm wondering if it's better to take it to the...
I'll double check it hot, just didn't have the time yesterday. I'm referring to the method discussed in this thread for checking cold..

So I finally had the chance to get my transmission dipstick out and check the level. No surprise, it's bone dry when the vehicle is cold and running. Since I believe it should be at least barely on the bottom when cold and running, seems like it needs some fluid added.
I know these take the ULV...
Finally completed the FX-Ectomy on the rear of my '19 Lariat. Got a pair of Eibach shocks from stage3 during their black Friday sale. Install was easy, 2 bolts per side and the old ones are out. I didn't even bother to jack up anything, just replaced the shocks as the truck sat in the drive. New...
I spy a manual transmission in the last photo! Wonder if that is making it to the US versions.
I'm not blown away by it. Suppose I'll wait to see the US versions and pricing first.
That interior is terrible, looks like they took off the shelf parts and slapped it in there.
Rest of the truck is awesome though and I'm sure it's a blast to drive.
Other than having to lay across the engine bay to get to it, this wasn't bad. Other than the darn un-service able, non reusable hose clamps.
I had though ignition originally, but it shouldn't be bad across all 4 at the same time. Truck is definitely better after the sensor swap, I've really...
Whatever the "special" splash edition colors end up being, I would hope Eruption Green would be one of them. Really disappointed that the 22s aren't getting it as a standard choice even though it's the same plant as the bronco. I'd put a deposit down today for an Eruption Green Tremor if that...
They're neat, and I'm sure Ford will make a bundle selling them. I considered one, but the 5' bed on my supercrew is already too short and the Mavrick would be even worse
Strangely I haven't seen any on the roads yet here in Detroit, usually anything new shows up around here pretty quickly...
I went with Raybestos rotors and Power stop Z36 pads when I had to do my rear brakes at 18k due to pulsing. Both from Summit Racing, free shipping and they deliver next day for me if it's in stock. No issues, they work well and don't make any noise. Make sure you have a tool to spin the rear...
Well, was able to swap the EGR sensor over the weekend. Truck was stuttering pretty bad under light load Friday night taking the wife to dinner. Pulled the sensor on Saturday, one bolt, one electrical plug and 2 hoses and it's off. The crimped on hose clamps are the hardest part, either cut or...
I suppose that's one way to look at it. I'm a little disappointed that the problem isn't fixed, but at the same time, I can't fault the dealer for following the diagnostic they're given buy Ford and calling it good when it passes their tests. If I took the truck back to the dealer and asked them...
Well, the truck is back from the dealer, their notes were "performed power balance, #1, #4, dropping intermittently" they checked compression, injector flow, checked fuel for ethanol, and replaced spark plugs. (Which I had already done prior) Passed power balance test after that. Driving home, I...
Probably depends on your dealer. There is a corrosion warranty, but probably wouldn't cover paint chips. The condition I have is the same discussed in this thread and other members have had this addressed under warranty.

It could be, I never really ran in sport mode much, so I can't say if that made a difference on mine or not. Only way to tell would be to brake hard in neutral and see if the roughness is still there. If it is, it's not the trans.
I'd certainly give it a shot, but it had to go to the dealer anyway for the paint peeling off the cab rain rails, so they're looking at this too. If they can't get it I'll do the swap myself.
I had the same issue with my Mar 19 (I think) built Lariat. Jerky stopping, especially if you have a fast stop. Had it pretty much since the truck was new and got worse by 15k. I thought it was trans related for the longest time too, but it turned out to be the rear brake rotors. I diagnosed...
I suspect I'm having the same issue with my 2019 Lariat. I get a shutter/misfire around approximately 25-45mph if the engine speed is under 2000 RPM and I apply just a little bit of gas. Easiest to replicate when rolling along a flat road. If I find the right "spot" I can get it to misfire for...
