    I had the same problem and the Extended Warranty dealer told me to make sure I was using the same name in the FordPass app as I was using on the FORD internet site. I wasn't and after I corrected that, the warranty showed in FordPass.

    To get it over with. It's not a big deal to me to let it run. No muss; no fuss. UNDER 30 minutes. I guess I could "piss and moan" about the process like some people do. :crackup:

    I downloaded and installed the update in less than 30 minutes. I just let the truck run and it updated over my home Wi-Fi connection. As the Brits say, "easy-peasy." :like:
