Not today. But last week.
Installed a TruXedo, TruXport bed cover.
This is a roll up style. Very easy install. Maybe a half hour. Fit is outstanding. Stays in place at elevated highway speeds.
First cover I have used on any of the sixteen trucks I've owned over the past years...
First thing removed were the steps from side rails of my Tremor.
I wear shorts year round and don't want scars inflicted from those things.
For me they were in the way of getting in or out of the truck.
Installed Ford branded Trailer Brake Control over the weekend.
Straight forward to do, but not easy.
Now it can legally tow increased weight.
But the last time I towed was 1971. Only a three rail motorcycle trailer.
Didn't really need to add this to the truck. But I'm ready if something comes up.
On the original topic. "Being told that the turbo is a ticking time bomb".
You don't need an extended warranty to cover this.
The Feds require a 8 year 80,000 mile manufactures warranty on emissions equipment.
Fuel pump, injectors, ECU, turbo ( if equipped as stock ) and any other emissions...
Installed REDtech,
https://redtek.com.au/shop/ols/products/ford-ranger-mk2-mk3-auto-window-module one touch window control module.
Rather simple to do.
Nothing dramatic. Installed Scan Gauge II, https://www.amazon.com/ScanGauge-Automotive-Computer-Customizable-Real-Time/dp/B000AAMY86/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3N0KSD40EX4QD&keywords=scangauge+11&qid=1650227544&sprefix=scan+g%2Caps%2C132&sr=8-1 I had from prior vehicles.
Today, with the help of a good friend, made most of the FORScan changes I wanted.
A few more next week.
I thank every member that contributed information regarding the use and changes available through using the FORScan product.
Without a doubt eliminating double honk and one push panic makes...
Received this rubber bed mat from this eBay seller. https://www.ebay.com/itm/185320486179
It is stated that this is new but is a second. Might have defects as shown in photos by seller.
This was only $70.00 with free shipping. The one I received is perfect. No visible flaws. The same mat...

Hi everyone.
New member to the forum.
Don't have a Ranger at this time.
Tried ordering last Friday but was told "Ford isn't accepting 2022 orders for Tremor trim".
I find that rather suspect.
Need to do research into this matter.
Although at this date I'm probably better off waiting to get new...
