I just had a set of K03s mounted onto my Tremor and I'm really hoping we actually get some decent snow this year, so I can put them through their winter paces.
I can say that on-road, both dry and wet, they've been impressing me over what I can remember of the KO2s that I had on my '04 Ranger...
That looks exactly like it, thanks! That's awesome. Keeps all the factory sensors, INCLUDING the ACC radar, and not a bad price, either.
The back bumper they offer is cool, too. I just wish it didn't require cutting the truck's body.
I saw this picture on Reddit, and I really like that front bumper they have - it looks like it preserves the front parking sensors, and I can see ways to modify it to keep the ACC radar unit as well.
Anyone know who makes it?
(And yeah, the minigun would be fun too, but I think certain...
I'm getting ready for a ~500 mile round trip to help out a friend... this is the first time since I got my truck a little less than a year ago that I've been able to tow my trailer, and I LOVE how it handles it!
And the Lumen brake controller is a breeze to adjust.
Have you had any issues with rubbing with that size? That's the exact tire I was considering for my '21 Tremor...
Also, how's the road noise with the KO3's? I've got the General Grabbers on my truck right now and it's terrible.
I agree, but it's been several years now, they are fully aware of the problem and it's safety impact, and they haven't yet.
We need to do our part and report the safety issue to the government so that it can be dealt with properly.
Everyone who's had transmission problems that lead to a safety issue, like the originator of this thread, should be reporting their experience to NHTSA... Unless we report it, Ford's just going to keep going with the TSB and never be forced to do a recall...
Well. Too bad the friend who I sold my '04 Ranger to about 8 years ago isn't speaking to me anymore. Otherwise I'd let him know.
Hopefully Ford got an updated list from the PA DMV
Installation was a breese. It took all of 20 minutes to do. The instal instructions are for a Right-hand drive Ranger/Everest, but were concise and clear enough to work out what to do on my LHD truck.
Definitely worth the price! It worked the first time, and gave me no problems. The most...
The previous owner of my truck removed the OE skid plate for the engine to install a brush guard. I'm looking to replace it, preferably with the OE one, but will consider aftermarket options for a good price. Ford wants a ridiculous amount for the part. Over $500!
Also looking for the OE front...
2021 Ranger Lariat Tremor - I've had lane keep assist turned on from day one, but the other day the system just stopped working. The lines disappeared from the display, and I don't get any warnings or feedback anymore.
The system is turned on in the menus. I tried cycling the options around...
Before I got mine, the previous owners had the same thing happen and they just took them off. I replaced them with Tremor decals for an F150 that I found on Amazon for $20, and they look great and have been holding up just fine.
At first I thought they looked too big, but I've grown fond of...
The previous owner of my truck debadged it, and I've been in the process of replacing all the OE badging.
I couldn't find Tremor decals for the Ranger anywhere other than from Ford, and they wanted a ridiculus price for them, so I ordered a set for an F-150 off of Amazon, thinking "They can't...
I sure did. I test drove both F-150s and Rangers when I was looking to replace my 2006 F350 SD... And I found that, not only was the interior of the Ranger more comfortable for my fat ass, the size and towing capacity weren't THAT much different, and the few inches shorter wheelbase of a...
I have a 2021 Lariat Tremor that I bought around Thanksgiving.
Since buying it, I've put ~4,000 miles on it.
Around Christmas time it started developing an oscillation or slow vibration around 35mph, and a straight-up vibration at highway speeds.
I took it back to the dealer for an oil change...
I've owned a Forest River cargo trailer since 2015. I've put thousands of miles on it with zero problems, other than a burned out marker light and some popped rivets in the outer skin. It's certainly held up better than the ATC trailer it replaced, which was literally falling apart, with the...
