Finally got my paint issues resolved and the issues the body shop created. Been able to drive it the past week. Smile gets bigger now every time someone gets caught checking it out.

I went to 2 different dealers. The problem is Ford wanted everything submitted via photos and no one from warranty would actually come out to look at it. Both dealerships and the body shop could see it but it was almost impossible to capture on camera.

I lost my smile when I found out how hard it is to get warranty work done on the paint. Worst new vehicle customer support that I have ever had.

I have seen one commercial over and over but only remember the part at the end where it shows a blue Ranger. One thing I did notice is it didn’t look like it has a huge rake to it.

Just has me scratching my head and wondering what else can be wrong with the parts we can’t actually see. Engine, transmission, transfer case, and everything else mechanical.

Actually Phil it is the rear window. So either the window seal, 3rd brake light or the antenna has to be causing it. I’m guessing they will have my truck another week when this is done.

I am actually lucky on that #3 photo. That is the clear paint protection sticker that has dirt under it. It is actually lifted from the truck, there is so much dirt under it.
