Nah you'll be good man, the trails are very wide with minimal brush, just yankin your chain
****PLEASE DISREGARD the above statement if you get too close to a giant cactus going 30 miles down the trail... you'll, likely loose an arm in the process bahahahaha
Just a quick note, please feel free to bring any furry friends along, my mini schnauzer Dougal will be joining my partner and I for this desert trip. Pic for attention ;)
Quick Update:
Friday: Meet at Blair Valley Campground at 6PM. I will be there in the early afternoon and will scope out an ideal group camping area. There is confirmed decent ATT cell service there and GPS coordinates will be posted once a group spot has been located.

Quick question for those on the forum since most here seem to be licensed HAM's.. I had gotten my tech license about 5 years ago (KM6KUZ) and finally got around to getting into HAM's ( per the Baofeng set up)... It seems that I'm having no problem receiving, but I've been having trouble chatting...
Got some awesome inspiration from this thread. Finally got my Baofeng-UV5R mounted and wired via Lip NMO mount. The firewall wiring wasn't horrible, but the wire hanger hook tip made it MUCH easier. Especially routing it up behind the dash fascia.

The ARB Skydome Swag has a double size that might be what you're looking for. There's a Land-rover centric channel called "SeriouslySeries". The dude Geoffry is a geologist in Western Australia; he lived in the bush out of his for 3 months. Pretty decent review. Hope this helps!
Here's my budget camper with the end goal being a GFC to swap out the canvas topper.
'21 XL SCAB with a Deck'd drawer system and a Softopper canvas truck topper. Pics are from our end of Fall camping trip in Big Bear, Ca.
That's a great build dude! Also great shot getting the 88' Series 3 in the background. Having owned a RHD Series 109, they are unreliable AF; but they sure are pretty <3
