Dave,
I drive pretty much all highway to work and back. In town it really drops as expected. I run 87 octane each fill up. I've also run the "tree hugger switch" both on and off and see no difference in mileage as well.
As far as comfort, its obviously subjective. I drove to my parents in...
23 up to 25 mpg on the cheap stuff everyday.
Course I run the speed limit or maybe 5 above.
I made a few trips to Vermont for WV when my GF was working up there, 13-15 hours straight depending on how many stops side tracked me.
Ride was almost as bad as my old Tacoma. Need to look at those...
When I bought my 21 tremor it was around $750 upgrade.
Personally I think they look like shit, not to mention the ridiculous price ford wants.
Id go with that Amazon set up.
I put those rock panel guards on mine.
I drilled numerous small holes in the bottom of mine. They just look like they would hold water.
What are these rocker panel plugs you mentioned?
You must not drive much
Iām a little over 30k on my ā21
Seriously debating what to do. After being out west for 3 weeks and seeing all these Jeepās and Tacomas and close to no rangers, I may jump ship
Interesting, id only be interested in another tremor. Itās overkill for my daily needs. But, after spending the last few weeks out west it would perfect for the backcountry roads we want to travel.
I wish we had drove my truck now.
Only ford would drop a trim line.
Toyota kept the TRD off road and added to the line up.
Jeep has numerous trim options
GMC has the Z71 and ZR2
Not everybody wants, needs or can afford the raptor.
Iāll bet the tremor stays in the maverick and bigger trucks.
And Iām hardly seeing any rangers.
In Moab right now and just got back from Canyonlands national park.
Jeeps of all breeds, Tacomas and a few 4Runnerās everywhere.
Maybe 10 Rangers so far. Did see a tremor that had the stickers pulled off the bed and it looked good. Couple of FX4s, and the...
Very true, people bitch about any and everything. Every gun forum I'm on their complaining about caliber choice, scope brand "knock down power" is my favorite.
Point being, give it time any mechanical component will break or fail at some point you own it.
Its a truck
I think a few of you equate them to living breathing beings.
And when a person spends lets say $40,000 of his own money he has every right to bitch, praise, break the windows out and set it on fire if they please.
I appreciate the platform given here to read about others issues and...
Thought I heard in one these reveal vidoes that the TRD off road did come with a 6 speed as an option. I'm sure more exact information will be out soon.
